Rachel Cohen is a former scholarship athlete from Division I East Carolina University. In 1995, she competed in the NCAA Invitational Tournaments in doubles at Duke University and is currently ranked #11 in the nation in Women’s 35+ Doubles in the USTA. She has also competed in the USTA 5.0 Nationals and a 3-time competitor 10.0 Mixed Doubles.​

Rachel’s playing career began at a very young age. In high school, she distinguished herself in her freshman year being named Abington Sr. High School MVP (’90-’91) as well as capturing PIAA State Championships in Singles and Doubles. In 1993, she posted an undefeated season in singles (17-0) and was once again named team MVP as well as being named 1st team in both All-League and Suburban One teams.

Established in 2010, Tennis Match Academy makes its home at Upper Dublin Sports Center (UDSC) in the charming borough of Ambler, PA. For many years, UDSC served as a regional hub for tennis in the area, hosting USTA tournaments and leagues.
