Huibri is the coordinator as well as a senior coach at Tennis Match Academy.
When you meet Huibri (pronounced HAY-bree), you’ll feel her kindness and true interest in you. She hails from scenic Cape Town, South Africa and discovered her love for tennis at an early age, embarking on competitive play at age 10.
Huibri has a complete range of skill sets and abilities ranging from beginner to tournament players, to those planning to compete at the collegiate level. Huibri was awarded a full scholarship to study and compete at Delta State University in Mississippi and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and Business.
Huibri is USPTA Certified and has worked at the Julian Krinsky School of Tennis, Magarity, and Taconic Sport and Racket under Simon Gale who is currently the USTA National Campus Director in Orlando Florida.
Huibri feels it is vital to understand how to meet the needs of players of all ages and skillsets.
In October 2018, Huibri was invited as a panelist at the USTA Eastern Tennis Conference in
King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. With the topic of “Growing Adult Programs”. Huibri understands and has deep insight into the sport of tennis. Her personal tennis journey includes beginner level junior play, junior tournament play, college level and adult play.
